Open one end of the cellophane packet and pour 1/2 of the mixture into the cotton T bag, Hang the bag on the tap and allow your bathwater to run through the bag.

For Localised treatment leave the bag to steep in a bowl for 5 to 10 minutes before bathing skin area.
